Using coordinate measurement machines (CMMs) and various 3D digitising technologies, we accurately capture critical geometry to recreate high-quality digital models of your components.

Once captured, we convert this data into a fully-featured 3D CAD model, which can be used for tooling development, design improvement, quality inspection, or manufacturing replication.

All designed and manufactured in house using traditional skills and the latest manufacturing process.

Solid Works 2019 3D CAD design package for the quick development of parts, tool assemblies and 2D CAD drawings. We also have a range of other CAD CAM packages allowing for the the design, manufacture, import and export of complex drawings, models and components including Inventor CAD.

CNC MACHINING

Hurco VM 20i,Hurco VMX30, Hurco VMX24, Hurco VM10, Hurco Hawk 30 CNC milling machines, these machines have the latest windows technology allowing for better finishes, greater accuracy, decreased machining times and increased productivity. The machines are programmed off line using 4 seats of Alpha Cam 3D 2017. 2 x Vm10's, XYZ Protrak.

WIRE EDM

Mitsubishi MV1200s Advance and FA20s Advance wire erosion machines with a machining capability of up to 500 x 360 x 300 mm and exclusive Mitsubishi cutting technology. These machines operate on a 4th axis and can cut angles up to 40 degrees. The wire machines are programmed offline through the very latest versions of Esprit Cad/Cam software.

Oscarmax S430S ZNC with orbi head, Joe Mars NZ 250 and Hurco Eurospark EDM machines with EROWA and F-TOOL work holding systems allowing for better accuracy in manufacturing electrodes, reduced setup times and eliminating alignment, miss match and operator errors.

XYZ Proturn CNC with windows technology and quick tool change facility allowing for better finishes, repeat-ability and quicker lead times, Harrision M390, Harrision M300 manual lathes.

Micro Cut Grinder with surface grinding capacity of 820mmx540mm, Jones and Shipman 540, Kent 1-GS manual and Jones and Shipman 1311 cylindrical grinder.
